Chiang Rai Times (04/11/2018) – About a hundred Hmong villagers in Chiang Rai province’s Wiang Kaen district demand the release of three men who were arrested on drug charges. The drug estimated to be worth $1.7 billion in street value. The men are being jailed at the Wiang Kaen Police station.
