Saint Paul Declares Snow Emergency

Beginning at 9 p.m. on Sunday, 2/25/2018, all NIGHT PLOW ROUTES will be plowed. Night Plow Routes include streets with signs posted that say "NIGHT PLOW ROUTE" and "NIGHT PLOW ROUTE-THIS SIDE OF STREET."

Vehicles which are not moved from Night Plow Routes by 9 p.m. Sunday, 2/25/2018 will be ticketed and towed.

Beginning at 8 a.m. on Monday, 2/26/18, all DAY PLOW ROUTES will be plowed. If the street is not marked as a “Night Plow Route,” it is considered a Day Plow Route.

Vehicles that are not moved from Day Plow Routes by 8 a.m. Monday, 2/26/18, will be ticketed and towed.

Parking is banned until streets are plowed full width.  There are no parking restrictions on streets until Sunday 2/25/18 at 9 pm.

SHOVEL YOUR SIDEWALK
Remember to shovel your sidewalk, as Saint Paul City Ordinance requires property owners to remove snow and ice from sidewalks within 24 hours. Corner property owners are asked to shovel all walkways to the street. For issues of compliance, please email [email protected].
