using the fast-paced, engaging Pecha Kucha style format. Each speaker will have 20 slides and 20
seconds per slide, ensuring a lively and thought-provoking presentation. The theme is empowering
the Hmong community by emphasizing the importance of hiring Hmong talent, supporting Hmongowned businesses, and making impactful investments that benefit Hmong enterprises and
initiatives.
