3HMONGTV NEWS (08/02/2023) – Members of the Hmong 18 Council of Minnesota are asking community members to donate to help pay for a new center for Hmong Minnesotans. Six hundred thousand dollars are needed to be raised even though the State has appropriated about $3M for the new building.
