3HMONGTV debut pilot program called “Nyob Zoo Ramsey County”

Nyob Zoo Ramsey County (10/06/2024) – Ramsey County launched a pilot program called “Nyob Zoo Ramsey County” with 3HMONGTV on October 02. The new program is produced by Ramsey County in partnership with 3HMONGTV. Nyob Zoo Ramsey County is a cultural media show that airs twice a month and will feature resources available at the county to help families.  The show is broadcast in the Hmong language. Sheng Elizabeth Lor works with Ramsey County and is host of the show.
