CANDLELIGHT VIGIL FOR CHIASHER FONG VUE, GUNNED DOWN BY POLICE.

3HMONGTV NEWS (12/17/2019) – Community leaders came together to hold candlelight vigil for Chiasher Fong Vue who was fatally shot by Police after a domestic call to his North Minneapolis home at 3am on Sunday, December 15, 2019. Family members demanded answers from the police when over 100 rounds were fired. A 70 year old woman inside the home was injured. This incident is being investigated by the BCA.
