With over two decades of experience in Hmong media and community leadership, Mitch founded 3HBC with a vision: to create a media platform by the Hmong community, for the Hmong community. His commitment to authentic representation and cultural preservation drives everything we do.

Beyond his leadership role, Mitch remains deeply connected to daily operations—anchoring 3HMONGTV NEWS and serving as lead videographer for productions. From behind the camera to in front of it, he ensures every broadcast meets the highest standards of quality.
