3HMONGTV NEWS (1/24/2020) – Sen. Foung Hawj held a campaign kickoff on Jan. 24, 2020 at Unison Banquet Hall. Sen. Hawj was elected into the MN Senate back in 2013. He has authored many bills during his time at the MN State Capitol. One of the things he did was the appropriation of funding for Hmong/Lao Memorial Monument to be built at the MN State Capitol ground. He also worked on many bills to help small business and nonprofit organizations on the east side. Now he’s seeking reelection.
