3HMONGTV News (03/30/2024) – A kickoff event for Paul Yang was held on Saturday, March 30th, inside the Hmong Professional Building on University Avenue as he announced his candidacy for Ramsey County District Judge. Paul Yang has been an attorney for nearly two decades and says he has what it takes to be Ramsey County Judge. He goes on to say that representation matters in the court system.
