On July 1, according to police a murder suicide had occurred where a husband (Yee Lee) killed himself inside his home and police traced Molly’s cell phone to Lake Vadnais where they recovered the body of one of their children. Police continued their search and eventually found the bodies of Molly and the other two children in the lake. The mother is suspected of drowning her children and herself. It’s a tragedy that shocked the Hmong community.
