3HMONGTV NEWS (08/12/2018) – MN Attorney General Lori Swanson meets with Hmong supporters, mostly elders, urging them to vote on August 14. The event is hosted by community leaders and members of non-profit organizations. Lori says she understand the sacrifices Hmong veterans have made and what they did for America. If elected as Governor, she will make sure that a memorial is built to honor Hmong veterans and that there is an office space for Hmong veterans. Lastly, she wants to provide equal opportunities for all people in Minnesota. Her parents were immigrants growing up poor and because of America, she’s able to become Minnesota State Attorney General. Voting is very important she says. In order for her to win, everyone needs to vote on August 14, 2018.
