3HMONGTV News (05/08/2024) – The Hmong Plaza planning committee holds a press conference on the opening celebration of the Hmong Plaza Project as part of the China Friendship Garden at Lake Phalen. The opening celebration will be held on Saturday, May 18 at the site starting at 8:30 AM. As mentioned in the news conference, officials from Thailand, Laos, Vietnam and other other countries will be in attendance. There will be cultural performances as well as speeches by dignitaries and others. A dinner is also planned for the evening by invitation only says Thang Ying Her, Hmong Plaza Committee members.
