Organic Living – We pay a visit to Zooxis Conservatory & Botanical Garden in Hugo, Minnesota. We talk with Zongxee Lee, founder of Zooxis Conservatory & Botanical Garden, about organic farming, particularly Hmong herbs to help women in postpartum for their diet. She’s done extensive research on Hmong herbs with an emphasis on organic farming for many years with the help from biologists and scientists. On the fun side of things, Zongxee also starts a project called, “Project Princess and Queens”, where she takes photographs of people in her gardens with beautiful backdrops of flowers and lush green vegetation. She says it’s a way to clear the minds from all the stress of city life for herself and those who visited her gardens. For more information, visit https://zooxisconservatory.my.canva.site.
