3HMONGTV NEWS (10-05-2025) – This year members of the Vang Council of Minnesota their annual New Year celebration at Aldrich Arena in Maplewood, Minnesota. In attendance are St. Paul Mayor Melvin Carter and Rep. Kaohly Vang Her as well as other elected officials. The theme for this year is celebrating 50 years of Hmong resettlement in Minnesota. The event showcases Hmong culture through dance and music. Speakers at the event reflect on the Hmong experience since the first family arrived in Minnesota nearly 50 years ago.
