3HMONGTV NEWS (05/20/2018) – China Chang is running for Mrs. Minnesota-America representing Ramsey County. She will be competing this coming June 2018. She and others volunteer their time to paint a bus donated to a local ministry organization called Zone316 founded by Justyna Johnson. We wish China the best of luck in her journey.
