XAV PAUB XAV POM (06/29/2019) – The hot and humid day did not stop friends and family from coming to this year’s 4th Annual Hmongtown Festival. Governor Tim Walz and Lt. Government Peggy Flanagan, including Mayor Melvin Carter and Councilman Dai Thao were among the attendees. The Governor says this event is about family and community with the richness of music and art and urges people to come out and enjoy the festivity.
