3HMONGTV NEWS (03/01/2023) – Another rally seeking justice for Yia Xiong is expected to happen this Friday, March 3, at St. Paul City Hall at 3:30PM. 65 year old Yia Xiong was fatally shot multiple times by Police on February 11 after ignoring commands to drop a knife he was holding. Many in the Hmong believe the killing could have been prevented and they demand justice and that the officers involved be fired.
