Minnesota’s hands-free law goes into effect August 1st, 2019. The law basically says if you’re behind the wheels, you cannot text, talk, video stream, or use any apps on your cellphone. Minnesota drivers will be required to use hands–free devices if they want to talk on the phone while driving. For more details about the law, visit HandsfreeMN.org
