Steph is 3HBC's Chief Technology Officer and Brand Strategist, serving through her firm, Initiate Concept. Working directly with our CEO and team, she is leading 3HBC's new direction: becoming the premier broadcasting company for the Hmong community.
She drives the business and growth strategy behind that initiative and owns every technology decision that supports it: our platform and its architecture, the website, streaming and the live broadcast schedule, and the vendors and tools we run on. She also shapes the 3HBC brand and how we reach our audience.
Steph brings 25+ years of enterprise technology and digital strategy experience. Her mix of technical expertise and storytelling helps bridge traditional Hmong media and modern digital platforms, and she also writes community news, covering the stories, events and voices that matter to the Hmong community.
