3HMONGTV News (04/22/2024) – About 500 people attended the campaign kickoff for Winona Yang who is running for judge in Ramsey County. The event was held at Unison Banquet Hall on Sunday, April 21. If she wins in the November, Winona Yang will be the 2nd Hmong American woman to become county judge in the State of Minnesota. The first is Judge Sophia Vue-Lo.
