3HMONGTV News (07/23/2021) – Zurg Xiong who has been hunger strike since July 6 goes home. The killing of a Hmong man, Shong Leng Kao Her, by law enforcement in Siskiyou County has prompted activists and community leaders to rally outside Siskiyou court house on July 17 to demand answers. As a result, the Attorney General in California had received thousands of emails and phone calls from the Hmong community to look into the matter. On July 23, the Attorney General decided to step in and call on Zurg Xiong to end the hunger strike. 3HMONGTV will be tracking this story as it develops.
