3HMONGTV NEWS (12/23/2023) - Hundreds gathered at East Ridge High School to remember and honor Hmong comedian and activist Tou Ger Xiong who was murdered in Colombia while vacationing. Senator Amy Klobuchar, St. Paul Mayor Melvin Carter, and Lt. Governor Peggy Flanagan each talked about how Tou Ger Xiong has impacted everyone, especially those in the Hmong community.
