3HMONGTV NEWS (09/16/2023) - A reception was held at the Hi Hi Banquet Hall welcoming Lao Ambassador to the United States Sisavath Inphachanh. The Ambassador thanks the Hmong and Lao communities in Minnesota for the hospitality. The two-day tournament is about friendship and networking. Ambassador Inphachanh says golf is a game of friendship and unity that brings Hmong/Lao Americans and the Lao People's Democratic Republic closer together. He invites Hmong and Lao golfers to go to Laos for an upcoming tournament.
